Serve Boarding School with Pride and Responsibility in Your Senior Year

When we consider high school in boarding institute experiencing almost transition from junior to senior year is the most significant thing to be considered. It is that year of your school life where club presidents chair, head boy or girl seat, and many other forms of leadership are being passed on to you as it’s the final years of your school life.

In most of the positions, especially at BoardingSchools in Shimla they actually go through a small process to obtain the best student for the required seat to be filled up. The students are asked to fill up the desired forms for a particular position and then are asked to write a short essay for the position they have applied for and like to grab the opportunity depending on their understanding they thought are expressed, their views are considered after which a series of interviews are conducted by the staff members to get clear understanding of the thought. Although the procedure is little hectic as other assessments going on but on same time it is exciting and exhilarating.

It will be difficult for you as a student being into senior leadership at times feeling like you are not qualified enough or not good as other student or suited best of the position than someone else, but at the same time you wanted that position for yourself. Many times you will face disappointments but that will make you stronger and end up with true spirit of at least giving an attempt to it. Many a times we fail without trying which is the worst as you won’t know your true self.

Senior year at Residential School in Shimla is time to serve back the school with pride and considering your responsibilities towards school. School has served you for years now it’s your duty to return the favor to school, teaching staff, management and school mates. No matter what position you hold or if not then also don’t ruin your last years of school life. On your behalf try your best to serve each and everyone with love, care and respect. Make your best time counted as it can prove to be best of your school days, the most memorable memories you will be building in high school.
